The company opened 75 new studios under F45 Training, FS8, and VAURA Pilates, setting new highs in Average Unit Volumes (AUVs) and marking a strong year of strategic partnerships.

2024 Achievements
Global Expansion: F45 opened 75 new studios across all brands, strengthening its global presence. This included master franchise partnerships, with F45 expanding in South Africa and FS8 growing in South Korea and the UK.
Franchise Growth: The company sold 87 franchises, demonstrating the growing demand for its offerings.
Brand Performance
F45 Training saw a 12.4% increase in AUVs and a 5.6% rise in Same Store Sales globally.
FS8 posted a 23.9% increase in AUVs, while Same Store Sales rose by 8.3%.
VAURA Pilates surged with a 51.1% increase in AUVs and a 21.6% rise in Same Store Sales.
Flagship Launches
VAURA Pilates opened a flagship studio in New York City, offering a luxurious “Athletic Pilates” experience.
FS8 launched a flagship in Austin, blending Pilates, Tone, and Yoga into a high-energy, low-impact workout.
F45 Training introduced “Recovery by F45,” a new offering focused on optimizing performance and recovery with therapies like infrared saunas and cold plunges.
Strategic Partnerships
HYROX: F45 partnered with HYROX to prepare participants for the world’s fastest-growing fitness competition.
Samsung: F45 brought its workouts to Samsung TV users globally through Samsung Daily+, expanding its at-home fitness offerings.
F45 Passport: The Passport Program allows members to attend classes at over 1,400 studios worldwide, building a global fitness community.
Battle Cancer & Spartan: F45 collaborated with Battle Cancer for a charity fitness event and with Spartan for race-specific training, offering exclusive perks to members.
Dr. B Partnership: F45 teamed up with Dr. B to provide members with access to health services, including weight loss programs and FSA/HSA reimbursements for memberships.
