The Love Is Blind alum recently shared that she’s feeling “better than ever” after losing 30 pounds with the help of a GLP-1 injectable weight loss medication.
Alongside a video posted on Instagram on March 28, Chelsea expressed her excitement, saying, “I’ve not only lost the weight but also adopted some seriously healthy habits that will last forever.” She added, “The best part? This is just the beginning of my journey, and I’m SO ready for what’s next! Healthy girl summer, here I come!”
In the video, Chelsea, who is now in a relationship with Tim Teeter after her breakup with ex-fiancé Jimmy Presnell, explained the positive changes in her lifestyle, which included working with a nutrition coach.
“I feel more energetic than ever,” she shared in the post, which was sponsored by the weight loss brand OPTAVIA. “My skin is clearer, my mood is better, and I sleep like a baby.”
However, on March 29, Chelsea responded to negative comments she received after revealing her weight loss. In a TikTok video, she said, “We’re in 2025 now. First, you guys called me the fattest person to appear on your screen, and now that I’ve lost the weight, you’re mad. I don’t understand.”
Despite the criticism, Chelsea stood by her decision, emphasizing, “I’m the healthiest and happiest I’ve been in years. You’re either damned if you do, damned if you don’t.”
She confidently added, “I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in my life, and I feel amazing.”
In addition to her weight loss journey, Chelsea underwent a tummy tuck last year to remove excess skin and fat from her abdominal area.
In an October interview with E! News, she shared her struggles with weight and how it affected her for years. “I was open about my weight and how it made me feel bad about myself,” she explained.
Though the procedure was a “leap of faith,” Chelsea expressed how pleased she was with the results, saying, “I’m so happy with it. I’m very, very grateful I did it.”
