New York Fitness And Wellness Expo is Back in the Capital Region this Weekend

CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Fitness enthusiasts of all levels, from weightlifters to beginners, are invited to attend the annual Fitness and Wellness Expo on January 25 and 26 at the Impact Athletic Center, located at 390 Route 146 in Clifton Park. The event will showcase more than 125 vendors offering the latest fitness information, techniques, demonstrations, and products.

Regarded as the largest fitness expo in the Northeast, the expo is designed to motivate and inspire people of all body types. Attendees will receive a complimentary one-month membership to Best Fitness and a $5 gift card to Bowled Healthy Food Company.

Ashley Salvadore, an event organizer, shared, “The first NY Fitness Expo was held before the pandemic and was a great success. This year, we’re expanding the event to emphasize wellness. Since COVID-19, wellness has become a priority, and this expo gives attendees a chance to explore valuable resources available in the Capital Region and beyond to support their health goals.”

The expo will offer 15-minute workout classes suitable for all fitness levels, including yoga, bodyweight exercises, Mat Pilates, kettlebell flow, and FITT. Attendees can also participate in fun contests such as a plank challenge, free throw contest, and longest drive competition.

Tickets are priced at $7 online and $10 at the door. Admission is free for children under 18, college students with a valid ID, as well as active and retired military personnel and first responders.
