REP Fitness, a Colorado-based fitness equipment company, is expanding its headquarters in Westminster, further establishing its presence in the Denver area.
The company, founded in Longmont, has signed a lease with St. John Properties Inc. for an additional 6,000 square feet at the Walnut Creek Business Park. This new lease brings REP Fitness’s total space at 10855 Dover Street to 39,600 square feet. The company has occupied 33,600 square feet at 11059 Dover Street since 2022.
The Westminster location has served as the company’s corporate headquarters and manufacturing hub, offering amenities like an employee gym, locker rooms, and recovery equipment. The newly added space will be used for engineering, research, and development, and will also house a testing lab. Additionally, REP Fitness plans to hire 10 more employees in the next year to work at the facility.
Jon Little, REP Fitness’s chief operating officer, said, “Leasing additional space at Walnut Creek Business Park provides tremendous synergies for our company, given our current operations within the business community. Its proximity to the airport, nearby restaurants, and other amenities were significant draws.”
Located just east of the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport in Broomfield, Walnut Creek Business Park offers strategic access for the company.
Founded in 2011 in a Longmont garage, REP Fitness gained popularity during the surge in home fitness gear sales driven by the Covid-19 pandemic. The company sells a variety of fitness equipment, including barbells, benches, conditioning tools, and racks, reaching customers across four continents. REP Fitness also recently introduced a line of protein bars and powders.
In addition to its Colorado headquarters, REP Fitness operates over 100,000 square feet of space in California for coastal distribution, as well as a 170,000-square-foot warehouse, office, and showroom in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
