BANGKOK, THAILAND – The Ultimate Fitness Force 2025 (TUFF 2025), Asia’s biggest group fitness festival, is set to take over the TRUE ICON HALL at ICONSIAM on June 7-8, 2025. The event, hosted by Fitness First Thailand in collaboration with ICONSIAM and Les Mills Asia Pacific, expects to draw over 8,000 participants from across Asia and beyond.
TUFF 2025 promises to deliver an unforgettable fitness experience, featuring high-energy workouts, world-class trainers, and a festival atmosphere that will appeal to both seasoned fitness enthusiasts and newcomers alike. Over two days, attendees can expect a mix of movement, music, and motivation in an event that will set new standards in group fitness.

Highlights of TUFF 2025
Les Mills Classes Lineup: The festival will feature the largest collection of Les Mills classes ever, including BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, BODYJAM, RPM, LES MILLS DANCE, BODYBALANCE, and the debut of Les Mills Pilates. A total of 13 classes will be offered over the two days.
Red Hot Dance Ignition: Fitness First will present a high-energy dance session with styles such as Pop, Hip-hop, House, Latin, Shuffle, K-Pop, and EDM, all with a sexy, feminine twist.
Global Superstar Trainers and Presenters: The event will gather top Les Mills trainers and ambassadors, including some of Thailand’s leading fitness experts.
Immersive Stage Production: Attendees will enjoy a cutting-edge stage experience with state-of-the-art sound, lighting, and visuals.
HYROX Physical Fitness Test: A global fitness challenge designed for all levels will be part of the event, offering a chance for participants to push their physical limits.
