The Woodlands Chamber Hosts Health, Wellness, and Fitness Expo at Town Green Park

The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to invite the community to the 2025 “Wild About Health, Wellness and Fitness Expo,” presented by St. Luke’s Health. This free event will connect local residents with businesses offering health, wellness, and fitness products and services.

The expo will feature 60 vendor booths with giveaways, interactive exhibits, and free health screenings. Attendees will also have the chance to meet local first responders and see their vehicles. Families can enjoy the kid zone, sponsored by Main Event Shenandoah, which includes games, face painting, bouncy houses, and other activities designed to get children moving.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to win a prize basket filled with items donated by participating vendors.

Aaron Cox, Chamber President & CEO, expressed the significance of the event, stating, “The Health, Wellness and Fitness Expo is more than just an event – it’s a commitment to fostering a healthier, stronger community. We are proud to showcase Chamber member businesses that inspire and empower individuals toward better health. We are grateful for community partners like St. Luke’s Health, whose support makes these events possible.”

St. Luke’s Health – The Woodlands Hospital has been serving the North Houston community since 2003. The hospital provides advanced care in areas such as cardiovascular, neurosciences, oncology, orthopedics, bariatric surgery, and women’s services. St. Luke’s Health operates 16 hospitals across Houston, Brazos Valley, Brazosport, and Lufkin, and is home to the Texas Heart® Institute, the top-ranked heart center in Houston, and the Dan L Duncan Comprehensive Cancer Center.

The expo is free and open to the public, suitable for all ages. It will take place on Saturday, April 5, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Town Green Park, located at 2099 Lake Robbins Drive in The Woodlands. The event will be held rain or shine, so bring your friends, family, and workout partners!
