LAHORE – Renowned British bodybuilder and fitness coach, Rahat Ali Shah, has outlined his key strategies for maintaining peak fitness throughout the year. He highlights the importance of balancing hydration, nutrition, exercise, and recovery to achieve long-term health and fitness.
Shah emphasizes staying hydrated and consuming nutrient-rich foods. “Drink plenty of water and incorporate hydrating foods like watermelon and cucumbers into your diet,” he advises. He also suggests a diet that includes protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats—such as eggs, chicken, fish, quinoa, and nuts—to fuel the body effectively.
