Ananda Development Public Company Limited (SET: ANAN) has announced that Bludeck Company Limited, a fully owned subsidiary, acquired 100% of the shares in Sixpack Fitness Company Limited on March 31, 2025. Sixpack Fitness is not affiliated with Ananda Development or its subsidiaries. As a result of the acquisition, Sixpack Fitness is now an indirect subsidiary of Ananda Development.
Sixpack Fitness has a registered capital of THB 1,000,000, divided into 10,000 ordinary shares with a par value of THB 100 per share. The company owns real estate located in Samut Prakan Province. The primary reason for acquiring Sixpack Fitness is to gain ownership of the property, which will be used to support the operations of Ananda Development and its subsidiaries.
