LYNCHBURG, Va. (WFXR) – Women’s Health of Central Virginia has introduced a new weight loss program called Improving Health, designed to help individuals achieve long-term weight loss success.
The program, led by Dr. Christine A. Marraccini, a board-certified OB/GYN, offers patients personalized medical guidance to make sustainable lifestyle changes. The goal is to help patients reach their weight loss targets through a tailored approach.
Each participant will receive a customized plan that includes:
Nutritional guidance
Exercise planning
Health tracking through a diary
Behavior modifications
Medication management
Throughout their journey, patients will also have the opportunity to consult with several healthcare providers, including Dr. Woods, Dr. Freeman, Dr. Schindler, and Dr. Howard.
Unlike most commercial diets, this program is based on medical science and prioritizes the patient’s overall health.
“We understand that weight loss can be both personal and difficult,” Dr. Marraccini said. “Our program offers a structured, physician-led approach that is tailored to each individual. Our goal is to empower patients to take control of their health and make lasting, positive changes.”
Those interested in a medically supervised, customized weight loss solution can schedule a consultation online.
