Medina Woman Arrested for Selling Illegal Weight Loss Pills Online

A Medina woman has been arrested after authorities accused her of selling illegal black market drugs from her home.

The West Tennessee Drug Task Force apprehended Emily Brooke Arnold on multiple charges in Haywood and Gibson counties.

Arnold is accused of selling weight loss drugs that were labeled for “research purposes only” and marked “not for human consumption.

During the investigation, authorities seized 698 vials of these illegal drugs.

Police also confiscated vials from two separate weight loss clinics, which are now cooperating with law enforcement in the ongoing investigation.
