A new fitness center in Fayetteville exclusively for women is preparing to open its doors this spring, according to its owner.
Gracefully Fit, founded by military spouse and certified trainer Grace Bex, will begin welcoming its first 50 members on April 18. This follows the launch of its pre-sale membership event on April 11, offering discounted rates.
The center, located at 234 Westwood Shopping Center, will hold its grand opening on May 17. It will offer a variety of fitness classes including yoga, Barre, HIIT, Zumba, Mixxed Fit, and Pilates.
Bex, who started her business by training clients from her home in Fayetteville, said she spent months securing a permanent location. She described the journey to opening as surreal, but once she gained access to the space this spring, the momentum has been unstoppable.
“We’ve waited for this moment,” Bex said on April 9. “Once we got it, it was game on.”
Gracefully Fit isn’t a typical gym. The 4,230-square-foot facility is focused entirely on structured classes and personal training. It offers group sessions and one-on-one training by appointment, with no open gym access. “We are solely programmed classes and personal training,” Bex explained. “We’re not a come-as-you-please gym, and that’s intentional.”
As a mother of three, Bex recognizes the importance of support for parents. To help, she has partnered with the daycare next door to offer discounted childcare packages for Gracefully Fit members. “It allows moms to take a step away from their titles and focus on themselves without worry,” she said.
The gym will also feature a revive lounge with wellness amenities like a cold plunge, infrared sauna, and compression therapy — services not commonly found in most gyms.
“I’m beyond excited to open our doors to the women of Fayetteville and provide an empowering and safe space to reach their fitness goals,” Bex added.
