ABC Fitness, a U.S.-based technology provider for global fitness businesses, has opened its first innovation hub in India, located in Hyderabad. The new facility will focus on software and product development and is set to create 200 tech jobs in its first year.
The company stated on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, that this expansion is a key step in strengthening its global capabilities. The hub aims to accelerate product innovation, build a world-class technology team, and increase development capacity in Hyderabad, which is emerging as a major tech city.
The Hyderabad facility will be instrumental in delivering customer-focused solutions, speeding up time to market, and developing technologies to meet the evolving demands of the fitness industry. ABC Fitness already serves over 20 customers in India, including local businesses and global franchises.
Bill Davis, CEO of ABC Fitness, emphasized the importance of the new center, saying, “The Hyderabad centre is a critical milestone in our global strategy. By investing here, we can roll out AI-driven features more quickly, deliver them to customers globally, and strengthen our position.”
The company plans to hire 200 professionals in the first 12 months, seeking software engineers skilled in web and mobile development languages and frameworks. In addition, ABC Fitness is introducing an AI curriculum as part of its employee learning and development program.
Looking ahead, ABC Fitness expects the Hyderabad hub to significantly grow in both team size and responsibilities over the next five years. It will play a central role in shaping the company’s technology roadmap and innovation strategy.
