Tobias Harrington, who successfully shed 2st 5lb, revealed three key dietary changes that played a significant role in his transformation. Speaking on YouTube (@TobiasHarrington), Tobias shared his first step: eliminating high-calorie drinks.
He explained, “One of the first things I did was cut out alcohol. I stopped drinking it after realizing how many calories it contained.” Tobias recalled, “I had to give up my favorite drink, which had 190 calories. It wasn’t filling, so I would end up having six of them, which was far too much.”
To replace these high-calorie drinks, he switched to healthier, lower-calorie options like water.
